Meeting Minutes
Tuesday, January 6, 2015

Present: John Knight, Selectman; Fred Guidi, Finance Committee, Sheila Vanderhoef, Town Administrator
Also Attending: Neil Andres, DPW Superintendent, Jacqueline Beebe, Assistant Town Administrator, Paul Gabriel and Mark White, Environmental Partners Group
The meeting was called to order at 9:05 AM.
Paul Gabriel and Mark White from Environmental Partners Group (EPG) started the meeting with an explanation of the duties of the Resident Project Representative (RPR) and how EPG calculated the number of hours that the RPR's would need to oversee the construction phase of the project. Mr. Gabriel presented a sheet outlined the number of hours and contract duration for each phase of the construction
Ms. Vanderhoef supplied the committee with a memo from Bruce Adams of Weston & Simpson (W&S) to EPG
regarding the status of the peer review that W&S has conducted to date. She also provided the response from EPG
to the memorandum. Among other items in the memo, W&S suggested a full life cycle cost review of the Aquastore bolted glass storage tank versus the welded and painted steel type.
Mr. White provided some detail updates on the progress of the permitting process. EPG has been able to accelerate the normal timelines for the required permits by engaging concurrent review by some of the agencies. He also provided an updated project plan showing some tasks beginning earlier in the cycle.
Mr. White indicated that the town may need to conduct a botanical study and box turtle monitoring plan for NEHSP
and possibly an archeological study for the National Seashore.
John Knight moved the meeting minutes for December 15, 2014. Fred Guidi seconded. The minutes passed 3-0. The Committee agreed that the next meeting will be held on January 20,2015 at 3 PM
